Develop scalable and efficient PEGA solutions that support software development and modernization initiatives; Configure and customize PEGA applications and deploy them on cloud such as PKS (Pivotal Kubernetes Services) and GCP(Google Cloud Platform); Configure solution architecture within PEGA PRPC environment and install and upgrade PEGA software products across environments; Integrate PEGA architectures seamlessly into the broader IT strategy and support the transition from legacy systems to modern platforms; Encrypt sensitive information in server configuration files and database tables; Monitor applications for security threats and vulnerabilities and troubleshoot and resolve application bugs.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field and a minimum of One (1) year experience in the job offered or in Application Development utilizing PEGA tools.

Conduct systems and data analysis to conceptualize and design business and technology solutions that align with the enterprise architecture and data integration platforms utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) tools; Analyze data relating to technology trends and business operational processes and practices through statistical analysis and sampling; Develop and maintain business-driven data analytics products that leverage both structured and unstructured data assets; Develop and interpret data management and analysis plans using scientific and mathematical inquiry and analysis and operationalize data management approaches into actionable practical outcome; Develop and implement data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality; Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks as well as internal controls which mitigate risks and related opportunities for internal control improvements.

U.S. Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or Data Analytics or related field along with at least 2 years of work experience in the job offered or in managing software development projects. In lieu of the Master's degree and 2 years of work experience, employer will accept bachelor's degree plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience or any suitable combination of education, experience or training.

Design and build scalable and performance-oriented multi-tier enterprise application architecture describing application, system, and database models; Design, model and document program/code for integrated software products/systems that supports re-use, change and integration of various components; Design controls to protect confidentiality, integrity as well as availability of the application and data processed or output by the application; Perform code reviews and design sessions during Agile process; Debug, evaluate, and troubleshoot throughout the application development process; and Formulate security configuration and operational standards for IT systems/applications.

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field. In lieu of Master's degree, Employer will accept Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience or any suitable combination of education, experience or training.
